If any customer or approved reseller experiences issues where our provided business documentation — including Paid Invoice, Letter of Authorization, or Brand Registry Documents — is not accepted by an eCommerce platform such as Amazon or Walmart, the buyer is fully eligible to request a return within 45 calendar days.

We understand that marketplace policies may change or vary, and our goal is to protect our partners from financial risk. If documentation-related approval is denied by a platform, the customer may initiate a return request without unnecessary complications.
