PG Tips – MOQ & MAP Policy

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Requirements

PG Tips sets strict Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) standards to ensure professional wholesale operations and brand integrity. All wholesale orders must meet the following criteria:

Minimum Order Value: $5,500 USD
Minimum Quantity: 500 units per order

Orders below these thresholds are not accepted. Only approved wholesale partners may place orders directly with PG Tips. Customers intending to sell on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or other approved online marketplaces are eligible to place wholesale orders that meet these minimum requirements.

PG Tips does not allow orders from individual buyers or smaller retail-level purchases. All orders must originate from authorized wholesale partners following the official approval process.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) & eCommerce Selling

PG Tips maintains MAP standards to protect brand value and ensure fair marketplace competition. Wholesale partners may sell products on approved eCommerce platforms only after completing the wholesale approval process and receiving proper authorization.

Any partner interested in joining the Distribution List must place a minimum order of $30,000 USD. Once the order is placed and approved, the partner is eligible for a 20% discount and will be officially added to the Distribution List.

Distribution List partners gain priority access to inventory, support services, and long-term collaboration opportunities. Approval is required for all wholesale and distribution activities.

Wholesale Order Placement & Payment Methods

After approval, wholesale partners will receive the official Product Price Sheet and Wholesale Catalog, including available SKUs, pack sizes, and wholesale pricing.

Partners select quantities from the catalog and confirm the order. PG Tips then issues a Proforma Invoice detailing total order value, payment instructions, and shipping terms.

Payments for wholesale orders may be made via:

ACH Transfer
Wire Transfer
Any physical bank in the USA approved by PG Tips

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. Partners must contact our team via official email to finalize order placement and schedule shipment.

Approved wholesale partners will receive timely guidance and support throughout the order process to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

Distribution List & Best Partner Program – 2026

PG Tips values long-term relationships with wholesale partners. Partners who meet the minimum $25,000 order requirement and demonstrate compliance with brand standards may be added to our Distribution List.

Distribution List partners are eligible for exclusive discounts, priority inventory access, and participation in the Best Partner Program – 2026. This program recognizes top-performing partners and provides additional support and collaboration benefits.

Partners selected for the Best Partner List receive recognition and long-term business opportunities while maintaining full compliance with PG Tips brand policies.
