Wholesale Authorization & Marketplace Selling Rights

PG Tips officially authorizes approved wholesale partners to resell our products across the United States on major eCommerce marketplaces. Approved resellers are permitted to sell on platforms including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, and other recognized online eCommerce platforms.

We allow both experienced and new sellers to operate on Amazon and other marketplaces, provided they complete our official wholesale approval process. PG Tips provides Paid Invoice, Letter of Authorization, and Brand Registry documentation where applicable. These documents are accepted on Amazon and Walmart marketplaces in accordance with standard platform compliance requirements. Wholesale approval from PG Tips is mandatory before listing or reselling any of our products.

Unauthorized selling without written approval is strictly prohibited.

Wholesale Application & Approval Process

All wholesale buyers must first obtain official approval before placing any order.

Applicants will be directed to submit a Wholesale Application Form through our official website (Wholesale Form Link – Here). The form must include accurate business details, intended sales channels, and marketplace information.

Once the application is reviewed and approved, the reseller will receive written confirmation of wholesale authorization. Only after approval may the customer proceed with placing a wholesale order.

PG Tips reserves the right to approve or decline any wholesale application at its sole discretion to protect brand integrity and marketplace standards.

Wholesale Ordering & Payment Procedure

After wholesale approval, the reseller will receive access to the official product price sheet and wholesale catalog. The catalog includes available SKUs, pack sizes, and wholesale pricing structure.

Resellers select product quantities based on business needs. Following quantity confirmation, PG Tips issues a formal Proforma Invoice detailing total order value, payment instructions, and shipping terms.

Wholesale orders must be paid via bank wire transfer (ACH/Wire Transfer). Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation. Once payment is received, order preparation and shipping timelines will be communicated promptly.
